The whole experience was terrible, they rushed you in and out the door, it was not a calming place, there was a lack of cleanliness with staff and the equipment. During the manicure they cut me with the clippers twice, my manicurist itched is nose and dud not clean his hand before touching my hand. They have to continuously unplug the equipment that one manicurist is using to plug in another manicurist equipment and continuously swap throughout the manicure and pedicure session. I could go on.
