It was the worst experience with eyelash extensions in my life, and have been doing it non-stop for more than 7 years! I asked for classics but in the end my eyelashes didn’t look any natural. Moreover, they are all stuck together and now after 10 days my eyes are very itchy. My eyelash stylist was called Sonia, Indian woman. It took her 45 mins to finish, but speed doesn’t mean quality. If you’re are used to a premium service, please be wary

The colour I chose was almost finished. Instead of advising me to select another colour the staff filled the bottle with nail varnish remover in order to apply. With each layer the polish kept coming off and I was left with a patchy manicure and pedicure. When I complained to the staff I was told to leave the shop. Appalling service. Glad I booked through Treatwell and did not pay their prices!!

Love my nails my only complaint would be that the staff can be quite rough when removing the gel. When using the buffing block they go at such a speed and sometimes hit my nail at the wrong angle which makes it bend - I hate that feeling!
