Unfortunately when I arrived there had been a leak in the treatment room. Water was dripping from the ceiling light directly on to the bed. The bed was simple moved to the side and wiped and my treatment continued as a drip fell next to my head. The beautician was quick and friendly however I was left with wax still on my skin which I had to painfully remove myself. Overall the quality of the experience was lacking, I will not be returning.
