I was met with a warm welcome and shown into the beauty room where I was left to get ready for my wax. Started off well and then felt quite sore to find out at the end that the therapist had ripped off a skin tag! It was painful and left me uncomfortable - not great when I’ve had many a wax and it’s never been an issue before!
