I’m a regular and this visit was not as good as usual. Despite having an appointment I had to wait for 20 minutes before I was seated at a station that was dirty with other people’s nail clippings and other debris. One man began the manicure and it seemed like he went through the motions of shaping my nails and tidying my cuticles without much effect. Then a woman took over to do the painting and had to do much of his work over again. The final result was satisfactory with a good finish that I’m sure will last a couple of weeks but it’s a shame the experience wasn’t the treat it should be.

I'm not wholly wowed over by this place. Having just moved to the area I needed to find a new nail salon to be my regular go to so I thought I'd give this one a try. The man who did my manicure was so rude. He bad mouthed so many customers that walked through the door, and also the electrician that was fixing something. He shouted at employees every time a new customer walked in. I felt my treatment was very rushed and after he had filed my nails he abruptly dropped the colour palettes in front of me and said "choose quickly right now", not giving me a chance to breathe let alone look at the 500 colours. I then felt my colour choice was rushed because he was waiting impatiently (I literally looked at them for 20 seconds) and felt like I chose one for the sake of it. Don't think I'll be coming back to this one after my experience. For the record, all the other staff seemed lovely and smiley to their customers.

She was really and lashes were fastidiously done. Its a bit expensive but it looks nice anyway 😅
