Even though the staff were nice and quite friendly, the experience felt rushed. I booked for a shellac manicure and pedicure which turned out pretty nice, but it was all done within 45 minutes when I expected to be there around 2hrs 15min. It would’ve been fine to finish somewhat early, but it was a multitasking and rushed experience where I didn’t feel relaxed. If I was in a rush, it would’ve been ideal as I think the final product turned out rather nicely. I wish that I could’ve taken advantage of the massage chair whilst the pedicure was taking place instead of trying to balance everything that was going on at once. In the future, I would hope to be given the option of an express service.
