This has been my go to salon for a long time but recently it feels like its gone downhill. I think a lot of the original staff have left, and they must be training new staff, I had 3 different people do my nails, I was in there for far longer than I would usually be. The staff are friendly but I also think they over book, which means people are left waiting/there is confusion over bookings. I will return because it’s so convenient but I really hope they get back to how they used to be.
