I love this place normally and hate to write a negative review, but this experience wasn’t great. It wasn’t more painful than usual, but the result was below my usual expectations. Hair was definitely long enough, but there was lots of patches and the result wasn’t smooth. Again this has never been my experience before but I’m not pleased with the finish and result this time.
