I had to wait more than 20 mins after arriving at my scheduled appointment before I sat in the chair, and I also had to remind them about my specific treatment (luxury pedi). Wasn’t very relaxing and my 1 hour appointment turned to 2.30 because of long waits throughout.

It was so busy, they kept accepting walk ins regardless of the people still queueing for their appointment. My extensions were applied but some of them wonky so now they are growing a bit weird. The top coat of gel is also starting to come off.
Overall a bit rushed but my lady was really nice. My second 'ok' experience, not sure I would come back.
