Rupa/Rupal was lovely and friendly, easy to talk to and very thorough with the waxing. It had been a few months since my last wax so the pain was expected and I wasn’t made to feel like an inconvenience despite the wax taking longer. Overall would be happy to return once again and have the same waxer!
