I arrived and staff weren't really clear on what they wanted me to do making it awkward. During my treatment the lady doing my nails was chatting to another member of staff. The finish on my gel manicure is also uneven towards the cuticles.
Being left to dry my nails I was given no indication of how long I'd need to sit there and the lady seemed irritated when I didn't immediately know where to put my feet.
