Disappointing service. I explained to the clinician how I wanted my eyebrows tidied up and pointed to the specific area of focus. Instead she went in and trimmed half the brow, leaving the hairs 2 noticeably different lengths, and then waxed/threaded a considerable amount of hair away from the entire brow - they are an entirely different shape.
