I booked a specific therapist, who wasn’t present, and the replacement was then replace halfway through the treatment. Communication was minimal which made the experience stilted and awkward. The smell of the salon was overpowering. Staff seemed to have no idea what I had booked or that I’d prepaid so I was asked twice to pay in cash despite having already paid through the app. The actual treatments were good.
