No atmosphere and no friendliness from staff. The shellac removal was efficient but I was worried about the cleanliness of the equipment used - the emery boards were well-worn and I couldn’t see that the other equipment had been sterilised

absolutely terrible. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment and then they said I couldn't have the lash lift because I hadn't had a patch test. Definitely go somewhere else!
