Slightly disorganised as I requested a session with Kim again, but she wanted someone else to do it as she needed to leave. Eventually she agreed to stay and do them, starting 15 mins late, so I only got 45 minutes of the 1hr infill I paid for. Nevertheless she was quick and efficient with the time I had and the lashes turned out great again and I had no complaints about the finished product. Just an annoying bit of disorganised mayhem at the start.

One Beautician had to leave early due to illness so team were under pressure. Had to wait 15mins after my booked time. Wasn’t too much of an issue. Hollywood wax was fine; quick and friendly beautician
