It was my second time at this place and due to my mixed emotions I've decided to rate 4 stars, rather than 3. I've needed to wait for 30 minutes for the next available lady to do my nails, then she filed my nails to a poor quality, asked me to wash my hands and upon my return I've found myself facing another, very lovely lady. She was supposed to varnish my nails but needed to re-file them first. If it wasn't for this last person that was trying to do the best job possible I would have rated as 2/3 stars.
