Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here and I will not return to have my nails done there again.
I went in with very strong, long nails. I explained to the girl that I'd managed to grow them to the longest they'd been by keeping the shape natural rather than square, as a square shape causes breakages on the corners. I asked her to keep the natural shape and to only file not cut the nail.
I was engrossed on my phone and when I looked at them again she had filed off the entire length of my nail down to the base and into a square! I was mortified. I asked her what on earth she had done and showed her the nails compared to the other hand. There was literally only a couple of millimetres of white nail left visible. She took them entirely away. She just looked at me blankly and said she wold speak to her manager. I was then left sitting there with no explanation. She didn't come back but took her coat and left! Still no one explained what was going on until I asked several times, who would continue and where the girl had gone. It transpired that she was on 'trial' and decided that the job wasn't for her after destroying my nails in what should have been a very easy job.
The guy who took over was apologetic, but there was nothing he could do aside from file the other hand off completely too.
They didn't even offer to refund me the money, or a free manicure next time ... nothing at all to make amends.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone who cares about their nails.

I had my eyelashes extensions done here. I managed to get a last minute appointment after work, they are one of the few places that stay open late enough. I was pleasantly surprised with how well my lashes turned out. It was very relaxing, lovely staff & the price was great! Super happy & would highly recommend!

Lively busy salon on Friday morning. Both beauticians professional and friendly. Good value! Third time in a row for eyelash perm&tint in this salon. Lashes look perfect. Lasts usually about 3-4months.
