I was very sadden to have such a bad experience. I have been here before for other treatments and have had a good experience and value for money. This was the first time I have had a lash life at this venue and it was a COMPLETE desastes!! It has totally ruined my lashes. First of all I didn’t get the member of staff I book- I was then put in the “staff room” ( a dirty cupboard at the back of the salon) as all the rooms were being used. - this was also really uncomfortable as people would come in and do things all while I couldn’t open my eyes. My lashes are completely burnt and over processed. The staff Member admitted they had used the wrong size silicon and that she couldn’t fix it. So my lashes are over curled and fold back into my eye lids. and she didn’t take the time to place my lashes properly and as a consequence have come out in all diferente directions, lengths and curl. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone.
