I have been here for manicures and pedicures for a couple of years and have always been happy. This time a therapist I haven’t seen before did the pedicure and didn’t do a great job at all. It was painful, halfhearted and although I explained it to her she wouldn’t do a better job. I am sorry to say this was the worst pedicure I have ever had. Although I had booked with one of the therapists I know she didn’t do the pedicure/manicure. Usually, the therapists there are very attentive and do a good job. But this time the experience was rather disappointing and I wasn’t happy with the pedicure at all. They could have changed the therapist when they realised I wasn’t happy at all but they didn’t bother. It would be truly appreciated if one gets the appointments with the therapist that one has booked.
