I normally always rate Battersea nails and beauty as great, on my last treatment on Saturday, i was really unhappy with my wax, this was a beautician I’ve never seen before, she was very rough, making the experience more painful, she also took a lot longer than normal, and did everything in a strange way which caused more discomfort, also at the end of my treatment, she stayed in the room whilst I got changed. Which is very uncomfortable- normally people leave and give you a moment to get dressed. Please can you ask staff to give clients a moment to get dressed in private after waxes?
