After 20 minutes of sitting there, I was asked to come to the desk, the man who was sat there didn’t know what he was doing and kept grabbing my hand and talking to the lady neighbouring him. The lady confirmed with me what I wanted for him and he started cleaning my nails. Then he got up and walked to the front of the salon and got a drink and walked outside! Another guy sat in front of me and asked what I wanted... Also £15 extra you need to pay for gel I have a uv lamp at home next time DIY

Really happy with my shellac manicure. Was able to get the mix of colours I wanted and was seen right away. Would recommend.

I’m very picky but the beautician was happy to correct everything I pointed out/add more lashes till I was happy that they were perfect, which was nice.
