So I had originally came in Sat before, didn't have a good experience but put it to it being a busy time. Had a pedicure... For what I paid, felt like day light robbery £20 Yes is cheap but felt just like a change of colour that's it. She remembered to do the Scrub, she forgot, then taking the hard skin off foot, again just a bit clueless, instead on focussing on my feet she was more interested in talking to her friend about boys (Just felt childish) at one point grabbed her friends phone, while trying to scrub feet, then in home language said don't worry about her meaning me. And carried on, on phone. I'm Indian although I don't speak it I understood full well. So I would not be coming back sadly as I use to come here alot.

Make sure you have ample time, as they seem to overlook with treatwell. Gel Removal was fine, wish I had same guy. Instead I was given Somone else I had said I wanted oval as a shape (She was clueless, then said ok round it is, I wish I could post a picture, half round half square nails) lots of repeating questions lastly timing I was their in total 1hr and 45mins 80% was with lady putting on gels.
