During the course of my manicure the staff switched four times which made it quite disjointed. My previous shellac wasn’t properly removed or soaked off. The atmosphere in the salon wasn’t particularly friendly and it was quite messy.

When I arrived I was greeted which was nice. However, it was strange because someone who was having their nails done was barking questions at me. No explanation of who they were. And the tone was quite rude. Turns out it was another staff member.
Getting my nails done was ok. I asked for gels and ended up being given acrylic with Essie nail polish over the top.
To make it worse they used electric drills on my natural nails and for 2 days were very painful.
I won’t be returning.
