I had peeled off my shellac myself - the therapist said don't do that you will damage them, he then took great care to add a conditioner to them before proceeding with anything further. I like that!

Although my appointment was 15 minutes late to start, My therapist was quick and professional. Though when I returned home I noticed that the wax had not been very thorough and she had missed quite a large patch of hair.
