Overall everything was great. My only pet peeve is - if you allow booking a slot with a specific therapist then you should have that therapist do the appointment. Or just turn the functionality off.

I go here regularly and usually love the salon and the treatments. Unfortunately the therapist I booked with on treatwell was off sick and so I had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time to be taken. The lady who did my wax was nice and did it very quickly and thoroughly. I advised I would rather come back another time for my eyebrows but she insisted I give the other therapist a try. I had booked threading and the therapist began waxing my eyebrows so I had to ask her to stop however in all honesty she didn’t do very much to my eyebrows once she did start threading. It’s a lovely salon but I would only recommend Sonia for all things beauty and Kim for waxing.
