Very strange experience. Booked for lash extensions (half) and got taken down to the basement for the treatment to start. Whilst my eyes were shut, other employees were coming down to chat to my therapist and even to go as far to ask if my therapist was going somewhere and my therapist replied with a 'if I didn't have a client I would' also talked about how much they wanted to go home. Do I also mention that the therapist that kept popping down leant over me (I could feel her) to grab something on the side whilst my eyes were closed?! And every now and again they would bring customers down to the space I was in and it was used as a waiting room. Very strange.
Overall the lashed are fine, not perfect but will do. She was pleasant enough just a very weird experience.

Although the staff were very nice, I don’t feel like I was listened to. I ask for short eyelashes but instead of communicating with me about length choices they didn’t so I ended up with long lashes. My pedicure was terrible sorry to say! My toe nails have been cut asymmetrically and my hard skin wasn’t done properly. Th whole process was rushed! I’m a little disappointed as it wasn’t cheap.
