Horrendous acrylics. Please DO NOT GO HERE. I complained in store and it appeared as if he couldn’t care less. Got home and they’re even worse than I thought. Going away tomorrow and very upset to have wasted the money. I’m currently soaking them off and going without any nails. Didn’t ask for what length I wanted, just cut them SO short. I have never had my nails this short before. Started putting the acrylic on and used the wrong colour that I asked for. Ended up huffing and puffing until it was changed. Asked for an ombré - there is NO gradient! Harsh lines and random specks of colour! The nails have no arch and are completely straight and flat. Not filed well. All wonky. I even have nails pointing in directions as the tips weren’t applied right. My boyfriend even commented on how bad they was.
