I tried this business a few months ago and was unhappy with the customer service but as I moved even closer thought I would try again. The final output was okay but based on customer service and miscommunication on both of our parts it made the experience overall unpleasant. I will not return.

I always come to here for my lashes and schedule it around my working hours which isn’t usual 9-5. This time I came I was faced with the rudest man I have ever met who tried to charge me 35 for my usual gel nail polish that I pay 20 for every two weeks! I explained that I actually booked my nails in for before my lashes to use the off peak but was asked to do my lashes first which is why it has flagged as on peak. He didn’t seem to care or be even a little about his loyal customers
