Appalling. She coughed in my face. Also got the glue remover in my left eye at the start, didn’t listen when I said so. Eventually got it in my right eye too. Left with bloodshot sore eyes and probably a cold.

I requested a person when I booked on the website and got a different person who left a burn on my vagina during the Hollywood wax which was also a distressing experience as she had not been properly introduced to where the equipment was like oil, gloves etc. She was upset by the experience and apologised, but it doesn’t take away the burn marks and the pain from the burn. I am a regular monthly customer and didn’t appreciate the experience this time.
