The overall experience was good however my lashes were done by two different people. The First Lady seemed slightly unsure so was maybe new to doing lashes. They look good however as each eye was done by someone different the lashes don't look the same on both sides. When I addressed this the second lady tried to even them out which improved them slightly but they still look quite uneven.
