Was told I had booked the wrong treatment on Treatwell as I wanted acrylic extensions with shellac so booked gel extensions but this is differently apparently . Tried to charge me £15 on top of £28 I had already paid for gel, which would be £43 even though the price on the wall said £35. They settled with me paying £10 extra as this was all I had in cash (cash only) but had even asked me to bank transfer them which I find very dodgy. Nails are longer than I asked for & acrylic too thick

it’s a small place and on the weekends it can get very hectic and busy. Your therapists might change throughout the treatment, you might be asked to change seats too. My pedicure didn’t want to dry for hours (waited more than 3 before putting full shoes on) and my nails still got ruined.
