Regularly come here but haven’t for a while, in recent months I’ve always had a different person which is fine but also varying in experience. On this occasion I said three times the wax was too hot, but not a lot was done to ease my concern and given the nature of the treatment it would have been better if there was more chat as it was basically silent.
