I have gone here for about four years, been happy with every visit. However, the other day this changed. I was met by a very abrupt tall man, not the normal friendly welcome, maybe he was new? He was very abrupt and rude. He even told me off for having cut my nails, was very hard handed throughout, I even flinched from the pain a few times, pulled my ankles very hard. I was concerned I would end up with bruises over my feet and legs. Not a pleasant experience and sadly I won’t return.
