They’d overbooked their New Year’s Eve appointments as there were a number of slightly irate people who had booked a time slot and were waiting for 20+ minutes still. The acetone was left on my fingers for so long that it began to burn, and 5 minutes after flagging this to a technician (as mine had gone awol) I had to remove this myself at which point somebody else completed my appointment.
