This has been my regular place for waxes for a couple of years now. They do a great job, very thorough and your in and out in 15 minutes max.

Whoever was doing waxing on Tuesday 17th December was genuinely awful and I won’t go there again if she continues to work there. She was rude and abrupt. She told me to look at the wall (for a hollywood wax?!) for no reason and couldn’t explain why. When I flinched and told her the wax was too hot she said it was fine and that my skin wasn’t “even red yet” and just carried on. She opened the door to the public area of the salon when I was half way through changing.
She was horrible.
It’s a shame because I’ve had good waxes from other staff at Battersea before.
