Prepaid £46 for classic one on one lashes, they didn't check what I wanted and gave me cluster lashes which are priced at £28. I was not happy with the lashes but did not realise they had given me the wrong ones until I was at home. I contacted treatwell which photos and asked for a refund of the difference in price. The salon lied and said that they had not given me the wrong type even though I had pics. Basically they are con artists who will not refund you if they mess up. DO NOT GO HERE. Treatwell were also very unhelpful.
