I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. I’ll caveat this by saying I have had an LV lift a few times at this salon and most of the time it has been great, this time it was awful, I may as well have not had it done as the result isn’t visible, except for my red eyes where the inside of my eyelids were poked and solution poured into my eyes. At the very start I said to the technician my lashes are strong and thick and need longer with the solution than usual to which she agreed. We started and as we went through the technician never told me what she was doing which is helpful when your eyes are wedged shut. At one point she told me off for moving as she was about to pour solution on me... the treatment was so quick - apparently they have a new solution which is faster acting than their old one (the one that worked). Faster acting - it didn’t act at all. After about 15 minutes when the dye was being removed the technician got solution in both my eyes and then solved that little issue by pouring water over my lashes - I questioned this as I know when perming solution is used you’re not meant to get the hair wet for 24 hours- but she didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. Not that it would make a difference to the minimal lift my lashes had. When I complained about the distinct lack of difference to the lashes they got flustered and phoned the manager - who wasn’t on the site - who was very rude. They said they would do them again (after saying they couldn’t leave solution on long or it would burn off my lashes - but doing it again 5 minutes later is okay apparently) it was already late and I didn’t have time, nor do I have time to come back before my holiday which is why I was getting them done. Refused to give a refund and was just rude asking what I wanted them to do - I had said a refund. Meanwhile the technician is trying to take photos of my lashes and face without permission. Utterly utterly dreadful, complete waste of time and money. A really shame as it’s a salon I use regularly for various treatments and whom I’ve always found to be quite good.

I normally love my manicures here, however on this occasion I have been left with bleeding and sore skin around my cuticles on two of my nails. It's really painful and inconvenient everytime I get my hands wet/ use products I get stinging and pain and I'm really disappointed and unhappy with this manicure.
I sent an email to the salon about it but they didn't even bother to get back to me which was incredibly rude
