I came to this salon as the last time I had fantastic results with my eyelash perm. However this time my therapist had to leave half way through and someone else took over. She had said I would be lying there for 20 mins 10 or 15 mins prior to this. My eyes were closed but I am pretty sure I was lying there for another 35 or 40 mins. I was convinced I had been forgotten about and was left alone in the basement with my eyes glued shut so found this quite an anxiety inducing experience.

For the first time amongst all the treatments I've had in this place this one has been really bad. The two nail technicians I've had did not do a good job whatsoever. One of my nail had been damaged quite badly and is very sensitive. Will go back to this place but not with this nail technician
