I’ve been visiting this salon since I moved to London and normally have such a great experience. However, unfortunately not this time! I booked for 6pm but clearly they had overbooked or were short staffed as the place was chaotic and as I was sitting waiting for my appointment, they changed it on the system to 7pm without telling me, which meant I was waiting a while to be seen! My nails are usually done to a pristine level but this time the manicurist rushed and didn’t do as good a job as I normally get from this salon as they were so busy. I was left with gel nail varnish on my hands and my hands just don’t look as good as normal!
I will return - but I will ensure I come at an off peak time so that I can get the most out of my experience.
