Not all the staff speak English, and the salon was very busy so I was often left not knowing what was happening as they didn't have the staff to manage all the customers

So good to be back! Very impressed with Covid-19 measures, everyone has to wear a mask, leave details and use hand sanitiser. One staff member even (politely) told someone that their mask had to cover their nose - wish more would do that! I’ll be back :)
