I think the staff were nice enough- I think the disappointing experience was down to management. It felt like it was too busy with too many bookings and walk-ins. Despite us having a booking, my friend sat at a table waiting for her manicure for over 30 minutes after her pedicure, and no one spoke to her or let her know when they would do the treatment. The treatments were a little rushed- again due to the overbooking.
