Started appointment 30mins late. Had one worker she filed my nails and got up and left without saying anything then another sat down and refiled the nails so nails were filed down to nothing. Not a great experience

Quite frankly I’m amazed that this salon is allowed to operate through treatwell. I booked a wax through the app and when I arrived waited 20 minutes past the appointment time to be moved into what can only be described as a cleaners cupboard. I got undressed and then was made to wait for a further 15 minutes until the lady arrived to start the treatment.
Not so much as an apology was offered.
The treatment was rushed to the point where I was in pain.
