I waited almost an hour after my appointment time and I was there 10 minutes early. No one listened to what I wanted to do with my nails and I even showed a reference photo but they ignored it and did whatever they wanted. They kept switching the nail artist so each nail basically came out differently.

Shop was over crowded and dirty. My lamination is not good enough, colour is way too dark and shape off. Therapist even cut too much with scissors at points and now they are uneven. Avoid for lamination.
