I was in the salon for ages drying nails, but my pedicure didn’t dry and ruined once I wore shoes. I asked for nail art and was made to pay extra, despite already adding this at initial payment. I was happy to pay this as long as they felt comfortable with my (straightforward) design. Salon agreed, but as soon as the artist started adding colour, he was not confident and kept telling me he had never done nail art before! Nails didn’t even last 3 days and began to chip. Refused refund!

It was my first time at the salon but unfortunately will never go back. The service was very poor, my shellac manicure was done by one gentlman and the result was pretty poor. He left nail varnish on the fingers, and even after I asked him for a clean up he still didn't did a very bad job.
