Despite making an appointment, I was shuffled between three therapists and made to wait a half hour for someone to come back to take my feet out of pedicure booties. The air smelled really bad of nail lacquer too - awful. If they weren't overbooked it would have been great. It's the only place I've found that let's you add on a foot massage - although that wasn't fabulous. My search for the perfect salon continues.
