Stressful atmosphere and both my gel manicure and pedicure chipped within 5 days. Nail shape also wasn’t even when they filed my nails. They also made my friend’s cuticles bleed.
Pre-booked and pre-paid and when I walked in it felt like they weren’t expecting me.
Plenty of other places you could go that are the same price but more relaxing and do a better job.
