Really unhappy with my second visit here,the man removing my nails was rough even after I explained not to bend my fingers so sharply as I have arthritis,wasn’t happy that I wanted to keep my own nails and continued to try to cut them until told by another staff not to,he then left me to go do a pedicure while my hands soaked and then another staff came and finished the removal and then a third staff came and talked me into a hardening and shellac which sounded good,but has already chipped
