I was in the salon for ages drying nails, but my pedicure didn’t dry and ruined once I wore shoes. I asked for nail art and was made to pay extra, despite already adding this at initial payment. I was happy to pay this as long as they felt comfortable with my (straightforward) design. Salon agreed, but as soon as the artist started adding colour, he was not confident and kept telling me he had never done nail art before! Nails didn’t even last 3 days and began to chip. Refused refund!
