lovely hollywood wax by a lovely therapist. She was so friendly and reassuring and she was very quick! It was quite painful as I have coarse hair but the therapist really helped to reduce the pain which was great! I wish I got her name as she is the only therapist I would like to see now!

They we’re absolutely in this salon, everyone was very lovely and very professional. I felt very welcomed and all my treatments were done with perfection. It was my first time going here and I’d be super happy going back! I’d recommend anyone going here. Found it super helpful prepaying before going to my appointment. What a brilliant place!! Was really lovely having a great pamper day 😊

The lady doing my cuticles made me bleed so much, I usually never bleed in general but this one made me bleed out as nothing could stop the bleeding. My cuticles now are still very messy. I hate it.
The lady doing my shellac nails was good but also kept messing up a lot and getting a lot of color out of the nail and then having to scratch it out with her long nails.
One of the worst experiences ever.
