I booked a gel removal. I selected the add-on(£3.50), instead of the other option(£5.60) by mistake –this was brought to my awareness when I arrived @ the salon & I was told that I’ll have to pay the remainder afterwards & I was fine with that. The description of the gel removal states: “gel colour/shellac removal only with nails cut, filed & optional strengthener” –After the lady removed my gel, another lady whispered something to her. The lady then rushed my appointment. No cut/file/strengthen

She never changed the waxing stick, reused the same one over and over. She seemed quite inexperienced as well which made the whole session very painful and uncomfortable. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all
